Cancellation Policy for Goexperio LLP

1. General Cancellation Rules:*

– All cancellations must be requested via email or phone to our customer support team.
– Cancellation requests will be processed during normal business hours only.

  – 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total booking amount.
  – 15-29 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount.
  – 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
  – Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total booking amount (no refund).

*Hotels:*
  – Subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. Refunds may vary based on the provider’s terms.

3. Refunds:*

– Approved refunds will be processed within *7-10 business days*.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 7-10 days

4. Modifications:*

-If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact us. Changes may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

5. Force Majeure:*

– In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be subject to the supplier’s discretion.

6. Group Bookings:*

– Group cancellations may have separate terms depending on the agreements made during booking.

7. No-Show Policy:*

– If you fail to appear for your booking without prior notification, the full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
